This 2 ingredient flaxseed bread is great if you're looking for a flourless, nut free, lecithin free, gluten free, bread. Ingredients
- 100g/About 3/4 cup Flaxseeds, ground or Flaxseed Meal
- 250ml/1 cup/6 Egg Whites
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350F or 176C. Grease and line a sandwich size, oven safe container then set aside.
- 2. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until it forms a batter.
- 3. Add all of the batter to the container, then smooth off. Bake for 30 minutes then let cool. Remove from the container then it's ready.
