This 90-second keto bread recipe made with chia flour is so soft and flexible. In this video I share along with the recipe, tips on best results, and toasting.

Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 11g/1tbsp any Oil
- 36g/3 tbsp Water
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 24g/3 tbsp Chia Flour
Directions
- 1. To a blender container add the egg, oil, water, baking powder, salt and chia flour, then blend well...ensuring there no clumps of chia flour.
- 2. Pour the batter into a sandwich sized, microwave safe container and microwave for 90 seconds. Let the bread cool then it's ready.

NOTES: If the bread is 'white' on the underside turn it over so that side is facing you and microwave for a further 15 seconds. This bread takes about double the time to toast as normal bread.
STORE: Wrap and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
