The surprising this about these brownies is the soft and decadent texture...ooey-gooey for sure! The important thing is not to over-bake them.

Ingredients
- 120g/ 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (or Coconut Oil to make it Dairy-free)
- 100g/ 70% Chocolate or Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
- 2 Eggs
- 80g/ 1/2 cup Powdered Sweetener
- 10g/1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 80g/ 1/2 cup Sugar Free Chocolate Buttons
- 45g/ 1/3 cup (tightly packed) Pork Rinds, ground and sifted
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350F/176C and grease an oven-safe pan.
- 2. Add the butter and 100g of the chocolate to a bowl and microwave for about 1 minutes, until the butter and chocolate is melted, then mix to combine well.
- 3. Add the eggs, powdered sweetener, vanilla and pork rinds, and mix until full combined.
- 4. Fold in the remaining sugar-free chocolate chips.
- 5. Add the batter to the prepared pan. If you are using a brownie pan divide the batter between 7 casings.
- 6. Bake for about 15 minutes. It's important to let the brownies cool in the pan as they are very delicate while hot.
