Chia Flour Tortillas

These tortillas made with just 3 ingredients are easy to make, keto, low carb, vegan friendly, dairy and nut-free... and they're eggless too. In my research I found that chia seeds ground into a flour has very similar macros to almond flour, but lower. I will be doing more experiments with chia seeds because I feel we can expand on it's uses.
