This easy keto chia chaffles recipe is delicious, because you can add your own seasoning. In this video I show you how to meal prep, freezing results and how to heat them up in the toaster.
Ingredients
- 115g/¾ cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 7g/1 tbsp Chia Flour
- Seasoning of your choice
Directions
- 1. Heat up your waffle iron for at least 5 minutes. Meanwhile In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. You can incorporate the seasoning at this point or after spreading the mixture onto the iron.
- 2. When the waffle iron is ready, spread 3 tablespoons of the mixture onto each waffle template, spreading it smooth.
- 3. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, and when browned remove and let cool on a flat surface.

Enjoy warm or cold. Use it to hold fillings, like a sandwich or burger bun, or toast.
STORE: wrap and store in the fridge for up to 4 days. You can freeze as well, just wrap them and defrost naturally or heat up in the toaster on about setting 2.
