Ingredients
- 5g/ 1 tsp Butter
- 50g/ ½ cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 113g/ ¼ lb Ground Beef
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ cup Beef Broth
- 1g/ ¼ tsp Dijon Mustard
- 75g/ 1/3 cup Heavy Cream
- Pinch Dried Mixed Herbs
- Sprinkle of Shredded Cheese
Directions
- 1. Over a medium, melt the butter, the saute the mushrooms until golden.
- 2. Add the ground beef and break up the meat, then cook until browned.
- 3. Add all the seasonings, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper, then stir to combine and season the meat.
- 4. Add the beef broth, stir for about 2 minutes so the broth reduces, then add the heavy cream, your choice of keto pasta and lastly season with dried mixed herbs.
- 5. Sprinkle shredded cheese and serve.
