This keto bread made with chia flour tastes like whole wheat bread and is filling. With a very similar recipe to the easy peanut bread recipe it's easy to make and I love that it's zero grams net carbs.

This keto bread made with chia flour tastes like whole wheat bread and is filling. With a very similar recipe to the easy peanut bread recipe it's easy to make and I love that it's zero grams net carbs.

Ingredients
- 174g/1 ½ cups Chia Flour
- 6 Eggs
- 45g/ ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 17g/1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 15g/1 tbsp Sweetener
- 5g/1 tsp Salt
Directions
- 1. Set the oven temperature to 350F/ 176C and grease and line a standard sized loaf tin.
- 2. Whisk the eggs and olive oil together, then add the baking powder, salt and sweetener and whisk again.
- 3. Add the chia flour a little at a time, whisking in between and scrape down the sides of the bowl. This will ensure you have a smooth batter devoid of any lumps.
- 4. Pour all of the dough into the lined loaf tin, spread the dough into the corners and smooth the top. You may wish to add a variety of seeds.
- 5. Cover with foil, then bake for 25 minutes, rotating the tin halfway through for an even bake.
- 6. Remove the foil, although the bread is ready you may wish to bake for a further 10 minutes to brown the crust. Let it cool...then enjoy.

Recipe Note
STORAGE: Wrap and store in the fridge for about 3 days.
Tip: This recipe requires very little flour for a bread recipe. You may wish to double the ingredients for a larger loaf. Quite okay as it very low in carbs.
