This Keto Korean Bowl is easy and quick to make. So colorful... your family or workmates would be envious and both Chris and I really enjoyed it. A great idea would be to prepare the meat component in bulk...to save even more time. One cup of cauliflower is 5g carbs alone, so if this meal is a little high in carbs for you, do substitute the cauliflower for spinach or something similar.
