Just throw everything into the bowl and whisk, it's that easy to make these madeleines. I love that you can be creative with the decorations or just eat plain. They are gluten free, sugar free and quite moreish.

Ingredients
- 65g/ ½ cup Almond Flour
- Pinch Salt
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 45g/ ¼ cup Cream
- 20g/ 1 ½ tbsp Powdered Sweetener
- 1 Egg
- 30g/ 3 tbsp Water
- 25g/ 2 ½ tbsp Butter
Chocolate Sauce
- 40g 95% Chocolate
- 1 tsp Powdered Sweetener
- ½ tsp Coconut Oil
Directions
- 1. Set your oven to 350F or 176C and grease a madeleine pan.
2. Add all the madeleine ingredients to a bowl, whisk together then spoon into the madeleine mold/tray. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
3. Add the chocolate sauce ingredients to a bowl, and microwave for 15 seconds at a time, stirring in-between, until it is in liquid form.
4. Dip each madeleine into the chocolate sauce so that it's covered part way. You may wish to sprinkle a few chopped nuts.
