Very little time to cook? A few minutes to slice the meat and a few minutes to cook it, this recipe is super easy. And while its marinating you can get on with other things, or opt to have no rest time.

Very little time to cook? A few minutes to slice the meat and a few minutes to cook it, this recipe is super easy. And while its marinating you can get on with other things, or opt to have no rest time.
Ingredients
- 500g Steak, thinly sliced
- 60ml/ 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Powder
- 30g Coconut Oil
- 3 tbsp Spring Onion
- 6 cups Lettuce Leaves
Directions
- 1. Finely slice the meat, then add to a bowl. Season the meat with the garlic powder, ginger powder and the coconut aminos/low carb soy sauce. Mix that all together so that the meat is evenly seasoned. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 2. Over a high heat, melt the coconut oil, add the seasoned meat and let it cook for about 5 minutes depending how you like your steak, but do not let the sauce dry out.
- 3. To your plate add one cup of lettuce leaves and 79 grams of the beef mixture. Add a sprinkle of sliced spring or green onion, shallots or scallion and a little sesame seeds.

Recipe Note
STORE: I would store the beef mixture uncooked and wrapped for up to two days or freeze.
