Ingredients
- 150g/1 cup organic Hazel Nuts, roasted and skin removed
- 18g/3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 60g/5 tbsp Powdered Sweetener
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Up to 5 tbsp Coconut Oil, this will depend on how well your machine can mill the nuts
Directions
On a lined baking tray, bake the nuts for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 356F or 180C.
If necessary, remove the skin, then grind the nuts as fine as possible.
Add the cocoa powder, powdered sweetener and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the coconut oil so that you can determine the consistency.
