This simple recipe needs just 4 ingredients, its flourless and delicious. Lovely for any occasion, or perhaps just because it's a Tuesday :)

Ingredients
- 227g/8oz Cream Cheese, softened (I use Philadelphia Cream Cheese)
- 90g Pumpkin Puree 1 tsp Vanilla
- 12g/1 tbsp Powdered Sweetener
- 300g Sugar Free Chocolate
- Optional Toppings: crushed nuts, sweetener, protein powder, sugar free jelly (powder)
Directions
- 1. To a bowl add the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sweetener, pumpkin spice and mix until you have a smooth texture, then refrigerate for 10 minutes so the mixture becomes firm.
- 2. Roll a tablespoon's worth of the mixture between your hands to form a ball and place on baking or parchment paper, then repeat until all of the mixture is used, then freeze.
- 3. Melt the sugar free chocolate, then coat each truffle with the chocolate.
- 4. You could leave them plain or coat them further with the optional toppings.
