Ingredients
- 84g/3 tbsp Thai Green Curry Paste
- 12g/1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 400ml Coconut Milk or Cream
- 650g Skinless Chicken Breast
- Optional Extra: Garnish with Cilantro Leaves
Directions
- 1. Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Over a medium heat add the chicken pieces to a non-stick pan and saute for about 5 minutes until white or golden.
- 2. Add the green curry paste and fish sauce, then toss to coat the chicken. Reduce the heat to medium-low, then add the coconut milk or cream. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until cooked.
- 3. When ready to serve add fresh, chopped cilantro leaves.
